Time Tracking

This page describes the unison between Jira tasks, GIT commits and Clockify when it comes to time tracking.

GIT

Make sure to add [JIRA Task ID] at the start of every commit title so we can track back any time added to an issue to a commit.

Quidlo Setup

A one-time authentication setup is required to make Quidlo link up to your Jira account.

Step 1

Go to any open issue and click on "Open Quidlo Timesheets". The bottom right of the image.

Quidlo and JIRA

Quidlo is our time-tracking/exporting app. We use the JIRA timetracking api and Quidlo to do our exports. So what do I need to do to get this working? Well that's quite simple. You have a few options:

Go to JIRA and add your hours manually

Add #time 1h/1m to your GIT commit title

This only works if your JIRA email is the same as your GitHub email!!!
